Jet Pumps (Ejectors)


The jet pump transfers kinetic energy from a high velocity jet to a secondary fluid. The jet pump is characterized by a simple structural design, no moving parts and small dimensions. When the jet pump is fed with a multiphase stream, significant modeling problems arise and no established methods are available for the design of a Multiphase Jet Pump (MJP).

Over the last 10 years TEASistemi developed the MJP technology through extensive laboratory testing, CFD simulations and 1-D modeling. The expertise achieved in this field allowed TEASistemi to develop a Variable Asset Multiphase Ejector (VAME)
